Shipments to Store

In the event that the Customer requests delivery at a KORÖSHI own store, the Customer will have a period of thirty (30) days to pick up the order at the KORÖSHI own store selected on the Website.

Home delivery

Orders placed after 12 noon will be served the next day.

Free shipping to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands and Portugal from €50, otherwise it is €2.99

Canary Islands €25 up to €200 and free from €200

€59.99 Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla up to €200 and free from €200

Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, San Marino and the United Kingdom shipping at €4.99 up to €100 and free from €100.

Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland shipments at €13.99 up to €150 and free from €150.

Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro and Turkey €9.99 up to €200 and free from €200.

Shipments will not be made to post office boxes. In the case of shipments to areas that require the payment of duties, taxes or customs clearance (as in the case of the Canary Islands), the expenses derived from said clearance, taxes and customs duties will be borne by the customer. For more information on customs duties in your territory, please check with your local customs office. Koröshi Shop will not make any calculation or estimate on said costs nor will it be responsible for them in any case.

For the purposes of these Conditions of Sale, the "delivery" will be understood as formalized or that the order has been "delivered" at the time the Client, or a third party duly designated by the Client, acquires material possession of the Products, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by the Client.

In the event that the Client indicates to a third party to deliver the order, the latter must carry a written authorization issued by the Client. Said authorization must include, as a minimum, the e-mail confirming receipt of the order received by the Client as well as a copy of the National Identity Document, Foreigner Identification Number or Passport, as the case may be, of the Client.
