Changes
CONDITIONS TO MAKE AN ONLINE CHANGE:
The customer has 30 calendar days to make a change (15 days in Sales).
The exchanged product must be in perfect condition, retain all labels and have not suffered a decrease in value.
• The Product has not been washed or used in any way.
• The Product is complete (two items that form a pair must be returned together).
• The Product is still sealed (certain products that are sealed for hygiene and/or format reasons)
For these purposes, KORÖSHI informs the customer that each exchanged item will be subject to a systematic and thorough verification and the exchange will not be made until the item is received in warehouse. Underwear and accessories (glasses, etc.) will not be changed.
3x2 Promotion: Partial returns are not allowed, in case of a return the entire order must be returned, including free items. In case of changes, you can only change the color or size of the garments by messaging Central (sending only the garment you wish to change).
ONLINE CHANGE IN STORE:
The customer may return the product to any KORÖSHI store by showing the corresponding purchase receipt/invoice along with the product to be returned, to later pay for the new size or garment in the store.
In the event that you have enjoyed a promotion only valid online, said promotion cannot be maintained for the new garment purchased.
Orders with a 3x2 promotion cannot be exchanged in a physical store, only by messaging Central (sending only the item you wish to exchange).
ONLINE EXCHANGE BY MESSENGER:
STEP 1: The Customer must package the Product they want to exchange (you can use the original packaging) along with the printed purchase receipt or invoice indicating the size/color they wish to receive. It is very important to enter the invoice or Central will not be able to identify the order.
STEP 2: Send the package using the courier service of the customer's choice to the following address:

Attention: In this case the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
STEP 3: Once the package is received at the indicated address, the change will be made within 7 to 14 days to the same shipping address that was used for the purchase. If the garment is not available, a refund will be made.
Purchases purchased in a physical store can only be exchanged in a physical store, not through messaging.
