Returns
The Customer may return the purchased product, provided that:
The Product has not been washed or used in any way.
The Product is complete (two items that form a pair must be returned together).
The Product remains sealed (certain products that are sealed for hygiene and / or format reasons).
The item (s) returned by the customer must not have suffered a decrease in value resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of said item (s). ). Damaged items or products (used / worn, damaged, stained, torn, commercial labels or cut composition labels, etc.) will in no case be exchanged or reimbursed by KORÖSHI.
To this end, KORÖSHI informs the customer that each returned item will be subject to a systematic and thorough verification.
3x2 Promotion: Partial returns are not accepted, in the event of a return the entire order must be returned, including free items. In case of changes, you can only change the pieces of color or size by messaging Central (sending only the piece that you want to change).
The Customer may carry out the return of the product through one of the following ways:
RETURN IN STORE: The Customer may return the product to any KORÖSHI store (except Vizcaya, Vitoria and the Balearic Islands) by showing the corresponding purchase receipt along with the product to be returned. The store will deliver the customer a delivery note confirming that the garments have been returned and the reimbursement will be made from the central office in the days after the garments are delivered. The refund will be made as soon as possible and will be effective within a period of 14 days from the date you deliver the garments in store. The value of the garments will be returned by the means of payment that the customer used when placing the order, except for shipping costs. In stores only vouchers are made for a next purchase, no refunds are made in any way.
RETURN BY MESSENGER: The Customer must pack the Product to be returned (you can use the original packaging) and send it along with the purchase receipt to the following address:

Attention: in this case the shipping costs are borne by the customer and the refund of the amount will only be for the value of the items. Shipping costs will not be paid as it is a service already consumed.
RETURNS OF ORDERS WITH PROMOTION
Free product promotions: promotions that entail the acquisition of a product at no cost for the purchase of a predefined number of products, will in no case be cumulative with other promotions or discounts applicable to the aforementioned products.
In physical stores: The garment obtained free of charge in the promotion can be changed in size or color, vouchers are not issued. The references paid can be changed in size or color or, where appropriate, for another item of a higher amount by paying the existing difference.
In the online store: Partial returns are not allowed, in case of a return the entire order must be returned, including free items. In case of changes, only the color or size garments can be changed.
Fixed price promotions for the purchase of several products: promotions that entail the acquisition of several products with a fixed fixed price, will in no case be cumulative with other promotions or discounts applicable to the aforementioned products. Refund vouchers will not be issued. Changes can only be made by size or color.
Discounted promotions: Promotions consisting of the application of a general discount on the purchase will not be cumulative with other promotions, discounts or rebates or applicable to the acquisition of a gift card. Included in this section are the discounts applied for the accumulation of Koröshi points and the birthday discount for Koröshi members, as well as other promotions carried out under this criterion. For the application of the discount for having the membership card in the week of your birthday, it will only be applicable to the references of the cardholder gender.
INFORMATION ABOUT REFUNDS
The refund will be made in the original form of payment. KORÖSHI will not make any refund until you receive the product in question and verify its condition and conditions in the warehouse.
Once the conditions of the product have been verified, the Customer will receive, where appropriate, the refund of the corresponding amount without counting the shipping costs within 7 to 14 days from the receipt of the product at the store or at our headquarters.
