1. Introduction
These Purchase Conditions regulate the purchase of products offered through the website www.koroshishop.com, owned by DIGITAL E-GLOBAL XPERIENCE, S.L. (hereinafter “Koroshi”, “we” or “the company”). By placing an order through this website, the user accepts these Conditions and declares that he or she has the legal capacity to enter into sales contracts.

3. Legal capacity and use of the site
By using the website and placing an order, the user declares that he or she is over 18 years of age and has full legal capacity to contract. The customer agrees to provide true and accurate data during the purchasing process, as well as to keep it updated. It is prohibited to place false or fraudulent orders; Any indication of this type may lead to the cancellation of the order and the relevant legal actions.

4. Purchase process
1. The user will select the desired products and add them to the cart.
2. Before confirming the order, you must provide the billing, shipping and payment method information.
3. At the end of the purchase process, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.
4. The sale will be deemed formalized when Koroshi has confirmed receipt of the order and the corresponding payment. In the event of an error in the order details, the customer must contact our customer service as soon as possible to try to correct it.

5. Product availability
All orders are subject to availability. If for any reason a product is not available after placing the order, Koroshi will inform the customer as soon as possible and will refund the amounts paid within a maximum period of 14 days. Koroshi reserves the right to withdraw products from the website at any time and cancel orders for operational or stock reasons, without liability beyond the refund of the corresponding amount.

6. Price and taxes
The prices of the products shown on www.koroshishop.com include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable according to the tax legislation of the country of destination of the order, in accordance with the single window regime (OSS) of the European Union. In the case of orders sent to countries outside the European Union, prices will be shown without VAT and may be subject to local taxes or customs duties, which will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs will be displayed before checkout and will depend on the destination and shipping method selected. Koroshi accepts all major payment methods offered by Shopify Payments and its
partners (credit card, PayPal, Bizum or other local methods). The charge will be made at the time of confirming the purchase. In case of rejection of payment by the issuing entity or indications of fraud, Koroshi may suspend or cancel the order.

7. Shipping and deliveries
Orders are shipped via third-party shipping companies. Delivery times and costs are specified during the purchase process and may vary depending on destination and promotions. Koroshi is not responsible for delays due to external causes (logistics, strikes, weather conditions, etc.), but will always try to offer a reasonable solution to the customer.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns
The client has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need for justification, in accordance with current legislation. The products must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging. Return costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of error or product defect. 9. Legal guarantee
All Koroshi products are covered by the 3-year legal conformity guarantee, applicable to manufacturing defects or lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. Damage resulting from improper use or unauthorized manipulation is excluded.

10. Modifications
Koroshi reserves the right to update, modify or delete these Purchase Conditions at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of formalizing the order.

11. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. Any controversy or litigation arising from the interpretation or execution of these Conditions will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), unless otherwise mandatory. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, WARRANTY AND LITIGATION

1. Right of withdrawal
If you have made a purchase at www.koroshishop.com, you have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal without the need for justification, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). The period will begin to count from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) has received the order. To exercise the withdrawal, you must communicate it before the 14-day period expires using any of the following options: - Through the contact form available on the website. - By sending an email to privacy@koroshi.tv indicating the order number, full name and items you wish to return. The products must
be returned in perfect condition, unused, with all its labels, accessories and original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for items that are personalized, modified or that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (for example, underwear or masks). Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or wrong. Koroshi will refund the amount of the returned products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal communication, provided that the products have been returned or their return is proven. The refund will be made using the same payment method used
at the initial purchase.

2. Legal guarantee
All products sold on www.koroshishop.com are covered by the three (3) year legal guarantee of conformity established by current regulations. This warranty covers possible manufacturing defects or lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product. Damage resulting from improper use, improper handling, accident or normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty. In the event of a defective product, Koroshi will proceed - as appropriate - to repair, replace or refund, at no cost to the consumer. To manage a warranty incident, contact our customer service at privacy@koroshi.tv indicating the order number, description of the problem and, if possible, photographs of the defect.

3. Billing
All purchases made at www.koroshishop.com will be invoiced by DIGITAL E-GLOBAL Invoices will be issued in electronic format. If you need the invoice for your order, you can request it by writing to privacy@koroshi.tv and indicating your order number and tax information.

4. Applicable law and dispute resolution
This document is governed by Spanish legislation.
