01 · General return conditions
  • You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return your order (15 days during Sales).
  • At Christmas, returns are accepted until 10 January.
  • Items must be in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags, complete (pairs and sets returned together) and sealed if the product requires it.
  • We don't accept returns of underwear or certain accessories (sunglasses, jewellery, etc.).
  • Every item is checked on arrival at our warehouse.
  • If the item arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact our Customer Care team.
02 · How do I make a return?
Online orders

Returning or exchanging is quick and hassle-free. Just 3 steps:

  1. Go to the platform. Tap Help (the ? icon at the top right) and then “Request a return”, or go straight to go.ifreturns.com/es/koroshi-shop.
  2. Select the items you want to return or exchange and choose whether it's a return or an exchange.
  3. Choose how to send it back and you're done. The platform shows you the cost instantly, before you confirm. No surprises.

You choose how to send it back:

  • At a Koröshi store — free. The easiest option if you have one nearby. Not available in Vizcaya, Vitoria and the Balearic Islands, and for returns only (not exchanges).
  • At a carrier drop-off point. We generate the label; the cost is on you and you'll see it during the process.
  • Home pickup. We collect the parcel at the address you give us; the cost is shown before you confirm.
In-store purchases

These are handled at the same store where you bought, with the original receipt. The refund goes to your original payment method if you paid by card, or as a store credit voucher if you paid in cash. If the return is made at a different Koröshi store, it's refunded as a store voucher.

In-store purchases cannot be processed through the online returns and exchanges platform.
03 · How do I make an exchange?
Exchange by courier (online orders)

Request it on the platform (Help → “Request a return”, or at go.ifreturns.com/es/koroshi-shop). Even though it says “Request a return”, exchanges are handled there too: select the exchange option and the shipping method (carrier drop-off point or home pickup; the cost is on the customer).

You must include inside the parcel the printed invoice and a note with the size you want to receive. If you don't state the size, the exchange will automatically be processed as a return.

Once the parcel is received and checked, the exchange is processed in 5-7 business days and the new size is sent to the order address. If the requested size is out of stock, it's automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Exchange at a physical store (online orders)

Go to a Koröshi store with the item and the invoice you received by email; you'll pay in store for the new size or item.

  • Web-exclusive promotions don't apply to new items purchased in store.
  • Orders with a 3x2 promotion cannot be exchanged in store.
  • The Vizcaya, Vitoria and Balearic Islands stores don't handle exchanges or returns of online orders.
Exchanges of in-store purchases

These are done at a Koröshi store with the original receipt. If done at a store other than the one where you bought, it's handled as a store voucher. They cannot be processed through the online platform.

04 · Promotions (3x2 and discounts)
3x2 promotion
  • The entire order must be returned, including the free items.
  • For exchanges, only a size exchange by courier to Koröshi Returns is allowed.
Promotions with a free product

Not combinable with other promotions or discounts.

Discount promotions

Not combinable with other promotions, sales or gift cards. This includes discounts from Koröshi points, birthday discounts and other general discount promotions.

05 · Issues or possible defects

If your order has an issue, an incorrect item or a possible manufacturing defect, flag it during the return process. You'll be asked for photos so our team can review the case.

The review takes approximately 24 to 48 business hours. If the issue is accepted, Koröshi covers the return costs and provides you with a free label.

06 · Refund

Once the parcel is received and checked, the refund is made in approximately 5 to 7 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders with a 3x2 promotion must be returned in full to process the refund.
07 · Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and the link to the carrier. You can check your shipment status at any time until delivery.
