How do I make a return or exchange?

Purchases made in a physical store

Returns of purchases made in store must be managed in the same store where the purchase was made, presenting the original receipt.

The refund will be made:

·         To the same payment method if the purchase was paid by card.

·         By purchase voucher if payment was made in cash.

If the return is made in a Koröshi store other than the one of purchase, the amount will be returned using a store voucher.

Purchases made in a physical store cannot be managed through our online returns and exchanges platform.


Orders placed online

You can easily manage your return or exchange from our exchange and returns platform.

Access from the section Help from our website (question icon located at the top right) and select "Request return".

Once inside, you can select whether you want to make a return or an exchange and choose the option that best suits your needs.


Available options

Delivery in Koröshi store

Returns are free if you deliver the order to a Koröshi store.

Not available in stores in Vizcaya, Vitoria and the Balearic Islands.

Important: This option only allows returns, not exchanges.


Delivery at transport point

You will be able to generate a shipping label and deliver your package to an official carrier point.

The cost of the label will be assumed by the client and will be displayed during the process.


Home pickup

You can also request the collection of the package at the address you indicate.

The cost of the service will be shown during the process before confirming the request.


Incidents or possible defects

If you consider that your order has an incident, an incorrect item or a possible manufacturing defect, you can indicate this during the return process.

You will be asked for photographs so that our team can review the case.

The review will be carried out within approximately 24 to 48 business hours.

If the incident is accepted, Koröshi will assume the return costs and will provide you with a free label.


Refund

Once the package is received and reviewed, the refund will be made within approximately 5 to 7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Orders with 3x2 promotion

Orders placed with a 3x2 promotion must be returned in full in order to process the corresponding refund.

 

 

How do I make a change?

Changes to purchases made in a physical store

Exchanges of items purchased in store must be made at a Koröshi store with the original purchase receipt.

If the exchange is made in a store other than the one of purchase, the management can be done using a store voucher.

Purchases made in a physical store cannot be managed through our online returns and exchanges platform.


Changes to orders placed online

Change in physical store

You can go to a Koröshi store with:

  • The garment you want to change.

  • The invoice received by email.

The customer will pay in store for the new size or garment they want.

Important:

  • Exclusive online store promotions cannot be applied to new items purchased in store.

  • Orders placed with a 3x2 promotion cannot be exchanged in a physical store.

  • The stores in Vizcaya, Vitoria and the Balearic Islands do not manage changes or returns of online orders.


Exchange by courier

You can request the exchange through our exchanges and returns platform.

Access from the section Help from our website and select "Request return".

Although the option is called "Request a return", from this platform you can manage both returns and exchanges.

Once inside, select the exchange option and the shipping method you prefer.


Important for changes by messaging

You must include in the package:

  • The printed purchase invoice.

  • A note clearly indicating the size you wish to receive.

If the requested size is not indicated, the exchange cannot be managed and will be automatically processed as a return.

Once the package is received and reviewed in our warehouse, the exchange will be managed within approximately 5 to 7 business days.

The new size will be sent to the address indicated in the order.


If the requested size is not available

If at the time of processing the exchange we do not have stock of the requested size, the refund of the garment will be automatically made to the same payment method used in the purchase.

 

LEGAL GUARANTEE

The products marketed by KOROSHI have a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with current regulations.
The legal guarantee covers lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product.
Damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, knocks, breaks, washing or incorrect maintenance, as well as any cause not attributable to a lack of conformity, are excluded from the legal guarantee.
KOROSHI's commercial policy on exchanges and returns is independent and does not limit or replace the rights recognized to the consumer by the legal guarantee.
For any management, it will be necessary to present a purchase receipt or invoice.
