How do I make a return?
Returns of Purchases in Physical Store
The return must be made in the same store where the purchase was made, presenting the original ticket.
The refund will be made:
To the same payment method if you paid by card.
In store voucher if it was paid in cash.
If the return is made in another Koröshi store other than the one purchased, a store voucher.
Store purchases They cannot be returned by courier to Koröshi Returns.
Online Order Returns
In Physical Store
1. Present the garment together with the virtual invoice received by email.
2. The store will deliver a return delivery note.
3. The refund will be processed from central in 7–14 days, to the same payment method (except shipping costs, which are not refunded).
4. Orders with 3x2 promotion must be returned in full.
Important: The stores Biscay, Victoria and Balearic Islands They cannot manage returns/exchanges online
By Messaging
1. Package the product (original packaging can be used) and include the printed invoice, essential to identify the order.

Purchase Changes in Physical Store
The change must be made in the same store where the purchase was made, presenting the original ticket.
If the client goes to another Koröshi store, The change will be made through store voucher.
Store purchases They cannot be exchanged by courier to Koröshi Returns.
Online Order Changes
In Physical Store
1. Present the garment together with the virtual invoice received by email.
2. The customer will pay in store for the new size or garment that you want.
3. If the original order included a promotion valid online only, this cannot be applied to the new garment purchased in the store.
4. Orders with 3x2 promotion cannot be exchanged in a physical store; They are only managed by courier to Koröshi Returns.

By Messaging

LEGAL GUARANTEE
The products marketed by KOROSHI have a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with current regulations.
The legal guarantee covers lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product.
Damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, knocks, breaks, washing or incorrect maintenance, as well as any cause not attributable to a lack of conformity, are excluded from the legal guarantee.
KOROSHI's commercial policy on exchanges and returns is independent and does not limit or replace the rights recognized to the consumer by the legal guarantee.
For any management, it will be necessary to present a purchase receipt or invoice.
