Machine wash with cold water (max. 30º) and inside out. Thanks to the elastane it recovers its shape well; iron at medium heat and avoid the dryer.

What size do I choose if I am between two?

The fabric is 2% elastane and has slight give, so it fits true to size. If you want it looser to wear outside, go up a size.

Is it suitable for dressing or just casual?

Both things: the micro print is discreet from a distance, so with dress pants and a belt it passes as a formal shirt, and with jeans it looks totally casual.
