How do I make a return or an exchange?
Purchases made in a physical store
Returns of purchases made in store must be handled at the same store where the purchase was made, presenting the original receipt.
The refund will be issued:
· To the same payment method if the purchase was paid by card.
· By means of a credit note if payment was made in cash.
If the return is made at a Koröshi store other than the one where the purchase was made, the amount will be refunded by means of a store credit note.
Purchases made in a physical store cannot be handled through our online exchanges and returns platform.
Orders placed online
You can easily manage your return or exchange from our exchanges and returns platform.
Access it from the Help section of our website (the question mark icon located in the top right-hand corner) and select "Request a return".

Once inside, you will be able to choose whether you wish to make a return or an exchange and select the option that best suits your needs.
Available options
Drop-off at a Koröshi store
The return is free if you drop the order off at a Koröshi store.
Not available at stores in Biscay, Vitoria and the Balearic Islands.
Important: This option only allows returns, not exchanges.
Drop-off at a carrier point
You will be able to generate a shipping label and drop your parcel off at an official carrier point.
The cost of the label will be borne by the customer and will be shown during the process.
Home collection
You can also request collection of the parcel from the address you provide.
The cost of the service will be shown during the process before you confirm the request.
Incidents or possible defects
If you believe that your order has an incident, an incorrect item or a possible manufacturing defect, you will be able to report it during the return process.
You will be asked for photographs so that our team can review the case.
The review will be carried out within approximately 24 to 48 working hours.
If the incident is accepted, Koröshi will bear the return costs and provide you with a free label.
Refund
Once the parcel has been received and reviewed, the refund will be issued within approximately 5 to 7 working days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders with a 3-for-2 promotion
Orders placed with a 3-for-2 promotion must be returned in full in order to process the corresponding refund.
How do I make an exchange?
Exchanges of purchases made in a physical store
Exchanges of items bought in store must be made at a Koröshi store, presenting the original purchase receipt.

Exchange in a physical store
You can go to a Koröshi store with:

The garment you wish to exchange.

The invoice received by email.
The customer will pay in store for the new size or garment they wish to have.
Important:

Promotions exclusive to the online store cannot be applied to new items purchased in store.

Orders placed with a 3-for-2 promotion cannot be exchanged in a physical store.

The stores in Biscay, Vitoria and the Balearic Islands do not handle exchanges or returns of online orders.
Exchange by courier
You can request the exchange through our exchanges and returns platform.
Access it from the Help section of our website and select "Request a return".

Although the option is called "Request a return", from this platform you will be able to handle both returns and exchanges.
Once inside, select the exchange option and the shipping method you prefer.
Important for exchanges by courier
You must include inside the parcel, without fail:

The printed purchase invoice.

A note clearly stating the size you wish to receive.
If the requested size is not stated, the exchange cannot be handled and will automatically be processed as a return.

The new size will be sent to the address indicated on the order.
If the requested size is not available
If, at the time of processing the exchange, we do not have stock of the requested size, the garment will automatically be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
LEGAL GUARANTEE
The products sold by KOROSHI carry the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with the regulations in force.
The legal guarantee covers any lack of conformity existing at the time the product is delivered.
Excluded from the legal guarantee are damages arising from improper use, wear and tear through normal use, knocks, breakages, incorrect washing or care, as well as any cause not attributable to a lack of conformity.
KOROSHI's commercial policy on exchanges and returns is independent and does not limit or replace the rights afforded to the consumer by the legal guarantee.
For any procedure, it will be necessary to present the purchase receipt or invoice.
